Estimated Delivery Time for In-Store Showcase Products: 2-10 days.

  • Taiwan Region:

    • Enjoy Free Shipping for orders over NTD 400.

    • Orders under NTD 400 will incur a shipping fee (check out for the specific amount).

  • Other Regions:

    • Enjoy Free Shipping for orders over NTD 3000 or USD 100.

    • Orders under the free shipping threshold will incur a shipping fee (check out for the specific amount).

  • Shipping Disclaimer: The above are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, processing speed of the logistics company, and your location.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping at ornoir.co.

Return/Exchange Eligibility:

  • If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item.

  • Hygiene Exception:

    • Bottoms such as panties and swimsuit bottoms are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene considerations. Please double-check size and product details before placing your order.

  • Condition of Returned Items:

    • Returned items must be in unused condition.

    • They must include all original tags, packaging, and any included gifts.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team — we’re here to help you resolve it promptly.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Situations Where Only Partial Refunds are Granted:

  • Tags are missing.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
